The Holyoke Youth Task Force, in partnership with the Holyoke Public Schools, implements the Prevention Needs Assessment Survey (PDF) to youth in 8th, 10th, and 12th grades who attend the Holyoke Public Schools in order assess the latest risk and protective factor data of Holyoke youth. Here will you find the latest survey data for the entire district combined.
